Callers at East Rainer in Salina, East Rainer in S Salina St, meeting with [name removed] in a black Ford Ranger regarding a male, approximately mid-40s, with a beard and an orange hoodie and jeans, stole a pair of Ray-Bans from the caller's vehicle and a necklace from the Furman Street address three days ago. The male admitted to the court that he did it, and he's currently there on scene. I've seen walking towards State Street. No weapons on the station, 1935.
