Brew Team NY proposes a 510 square foot 7-Brew drive-thru coffee shop with no seating on 1.48 acres of Brewerton Road in Cicero. The state will not permit a new driveway, so access would come through a neighboring parcel.
Byrne Dairy proposes a 5,152 square foot store and an eight pump fueling facility at Northern Boulevard and East Taft Road in Cicero. County planners found mapped wetlands may cover most of the building and fueling area.
